We configure GA4 with precision, mapping the events, key events, and user behaviours that actually matter to your business, so every decision is backed by data you can trust.
Google Analytics 4 is a fundamentally different platform to what came before it. Used well, it gives you a richer, more complete picture of how your customers move through your world, across devices, sessions, and channels. Used poorly, it produces noise that misleads more than it informs. We make sure your setup is the former.
We begin with a full audit of your existing analytics environment. Whether you are newly live on GA4 or have been running it since migration, we assess what is being tracked, what is missing, and what is being tracked incorrectly, because bad data is often worse than no data.
From there, we design your measurement framework: defining the user events and key events that align with your commercial goals, not just the defaults GA4 ships with. We configure Google Tag Manager precisely, building a robust dataLayer that gives you reliable, consistent data at every touchpoint.
Consent Mode v2 compliance is built in from the start. In a privacy-first world, maintaining data quality without compromising user trust or legal compliance is non-negotiable. We implement consent frameworks that protect you and preserve as much signal as possible.
For brands that want to go deeper, we integrate GA4 with BigQuery, unlocking the ability to analyse raw, unsampled data, build custom audience segments, and connect your analytics to wider business intelligence tools. This is where GA4 moves from a reporting platform to a genuine strategic asset.
Ongoing, we are available as consultancy partners: interpreting what the data is telling you, building dashboards that surface what matters, and helping your team understand and act on the insights GA4 produces.
My GA4 is already set up, do I still need an audit?
Almost certainly yes. The majority of GA4 setups we review have gaps: missing key events, misconfigured triggers, inconsistent dataLayer implementation, or tracking that was rushed through during the UA migration window and never properly validated. A clean setup is not a given, it is something that needs to be deliberately built and maintained.
What is Consent Mode v2 and do I need it?
Consent Mode v2 is Google's framework for handling data collection in line with user consent preferences, and it became a requirement for all advertisers using Google Ads or Google Marketing Platform in March 2024. Without it, your conversion modelling and audience data will be significantly degraded. We implement it properly as standard.
What does BigQuery integration add?
GA4 samples data above certain thresholds, which limits the accuracy of complex reports. BigQuery exports your raw, unsampled hit-level data, allowing for analysis that is not possible inside the GA4 interface: custom attribution models, lifetime value analysis, cohort studies, and more. For any brand making significant media investment decisions, it is invaluable.
Can you train our internal team on GA4?
Yes. Alongside implementation and consultancy, we offer hands-on training tailored to your team's existing knowledge level, from basic navigation and reporting to advanced event analysis and audience building.
Without accurate tracking, every marketing decision is a guess. GA4, properly configured, gives you the clarity to invest with confidence, knowing which channels are working, which are not, and where the real opportunities for growth are hiding in your data.
