Oneiro Digital is a data analytics agency based in Nottinghamshire. We work with luxury and retail ecommerce brands across the UK and internationally.

Every new engagement starts with a free 30-minute intro call — an informal conversation about your challenges, your current data setup, and where the biggest opportunities are. No script, no sales pitch.

If we think we can help, we will tell you how and at what cost. If we think your problem is better solved a different way, we will tell you that too. We only take on work where we are confident in the outcome.

We work across analytics consulting, CRO, paid media, and Shopify migrations. Most clients come to us with a data problem, and the engagement grows from there as they see what accurate measurement unlocks.

Common questions

What does the free intro call cover?
The 30-minute intro call is a working conversation, not a sales pitch. We will look at your current analytics setup, your attribution gaps, and your primary growth constraint. You will leave with a clear view of where the biggest opportunities are, regardless of whether we end up working together.
Which ecommerce platforms do you work with?
The majority of our clients run on Shopify or Shopify Plus. We also work with brands on custom headless builds and multi-platform retail groups. Our GA4 analytics, CRO, and PPC services are platform-agnostic. Shopify Plus migration work is specific to brands moving onto or within the Shopify ecosystem.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Most clients start with a 3-month retainer, which gives enough time to implement tracking properly, run initial tests, and report on meaningful results. Many engagements continue beyond this as we move into additional services. Project-based work, such as a GA4 implementation or Shopify Plus migration, is scoped and priced separately.
Do you work with brands outside the UK?
Yes. We work with brands across the UK, UAE, US, and Singapore. All of our services are delivered remotely. Time zone differences are manageable for async collaboration, and we schedule calls to suit international clients.
What budget level do you typically work with?
Our analytics consulting and CRO retainers are suited to brands with meaningful online revenue who recognise that data quality directly impacts growth decisions. For PPC management, we typically work with brands with a minimum monthly ad spend of £5,000. Shopify Plus migration projects are scoped individually based on store complexity.
Can you fix a GA4 implementation that someone else set up?
Yes, and this is one of the most common starting points. We audit your existing GA4 property, document what is tracking correctly and what is not, and produce a remediation plan. Poor GA4 analytics setups mean unreliable data across your entire marketing operation, and fixing the foundation unlocks everything else.
